Terms of Service — Grace McLean Kinesiology

1. About These Terms By booking a session with That Which Moves Us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before booking.

2. About Our Services That Which Moves Us offers kinesiology sessions for the purposes of supporting emotional wellbeing, nervous system balance and holistic health. Sessions are provided by Grace McLean, a trained kinesiology practitioner.

Kinesiology is a complementary health modality and is not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. If you have a medical condition, please consult your doctor or relevant healthcare professional. Grace McLean does not diagnose, treat or cure any medical condition.

3. Bookings

All bookings are made online via graceemclean.com
Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment or booking confirmation email
By completing a booking you confirm that the information provided is accurate

4. Pricing

Adult kinesiology sessions (90 minutes) — $185
Paediatric kinesiology sessions (60 minutes, up to 12 years) — $140
Prices are in Australian dollars and are subject to change with reasonable notice

5. Payment

Online payments are processed securely via Stripe
In-person payments may be made by card or cash on the day of your session
Payment is required in full at the time of booking for online payments

6. Cancellation Policy We understand that life can be unpredictable. If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice so that we can offer your time to another client.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of your session will incur a 50% cancellation fee
Failure to attend without notice will incur the full session fee
If you need to make any changes please don't hesitate to reach out — we're always happy to help find a time that works for you

7. Paediatric Sessions For clients under 16 years of age:

A parent or guardian must be present for the duration of the session
Consent for the session is provided by the parent or guardian
Personal information is collected from and with the consent of the parent or guardian

8. Confidentiality All session content is completely confidential. We will not discuss your session with anyone. With your permission only, an anonymised outline of your session may be discussed with a professional mentor for practitioner development purposes — your name and identifying details will never be shared.

9. Client Responsibilities By booking a session you agree to:

Provide accurate and relevant health information
Inform Grace of any medical conditions or medications that may be relevant
Attend sessions on time or provide adequate notice if you need to reschedule
Treat Grace and her practice space with respect

10. Limitation of Liability That Which Moves Us and Grace McLean are not liable for any loss, damage or injury arising from participation in kinesiology sessions. Clients participate of their own free will and accept responsibility for their own health decisions.

11. Privacy Your personal information is collected and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at graceemclean.com/privacypolicy.

12. Updates to These Terms We reserve the right to update these terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
