About Grace McLean

Grace McLean is a kinesiologist dedicated to helping individuals gain emotional clarity, manage stress, and feel more balanced—mentally, emotionally, physically and spiritually. Her work is grounded in the belief that the body holds its own wisdom, and that healing happens when we create space to listen to it.

With over 20 years’ experience in counselling, coaching and the not-for-profit sector, Grace brings deep understanding and lived insight to every session. She is also the creator of the NFP Planner, a tool designed to support focus, reflection and balanced living—originally developed to help those working in mission-driven spaces avoid burnout and stay connected to what matters most.

Grace’s own turning point came during a period of personal burnout and caregiving, when she discovered kinesiology as a gentle but powerful way to come back to herself. This lived experience now forms the heart of her practice.

Through 90-minute kinesiology sessions—offered both online and in-person in Lennox Head—Grace uses muscle testing to help clients understand what their body is communicating. Rather than trying to ‘fix’ anything, she supports the body to guide the session, working with what’s needed to release stress, process emotion, and restore a sense of calm and clarity.

Each session is held in a safe, respectful space where clients can explore the emotional patterns, beliefs or life events that may be influencing their current experience. The work is subtle, but often profound. People often leave feeling lighter, more grounded, and with a clearer sense of direction.

This space, That Which Moves Us, reflects Grace’s belief in movement—not just physical, but emotional, spiritual and life movement. Her sessions are an invitation to pause, reflect, and begin shifting what no longer serves, so you can reconnect with what truly moves you.
